I love spicy foods! When it is cold outside there is nothing better to warm your insides than a bit of heat.  It is also good for you if your belly can take it. 🙂  

This butter mango chicken was an experiment as I had never made it before and I know I love butter chicken, spice and mangos, so why not put ’em all together??  🙂 When the hubby goes bowling on Monday evenings, this gives me the opportunity to play in the kitchen.  

This week I made the first of my videos to accompany my recipes so enjoy. 🙂 Let me know if you have a chance to try it and what you think. 

Spicy Butter Mango Chicken 
2 servings 
WW 2 Freestyle points per serving 

6 oz boneless chicken breast, chopped 
Salt and Pepper – dash of each
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper 
1 tsp Spicy sriracha lime spice
1/2 tsp each Onion Powder and Garlic powder 
1 tsp Turmeric 

60 ml Patak’s Spicy Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce – (4 TBSP) 
1 large Mango chopped 

Brown chicken with spices in frying pan
Mix spicy butter chicken cooking sauce with chopped mango and pour over chicken. 

Bring to boiling, turn heat down to simmer and cover. 

I served this with Basmati rice personally but feel free to serve over vegetables, potatoes etc. and add any WW freestyle points for whatever you use in addition to your chicken. I would love your feedback!
